1. The loaner was beautiful, however the loaner had options on it that my year didn’t have. Like in order to put gas in the car
, it needs to be Unlocked. Had no idea what to do because the door locks when I get out. ( I understand there’s not always time to go over small details. But helpful to know.
2. You show great pictures of the before details, what about showing the completed work before fully reassembled. ?? Just a thought….

Have had repeated great experiences with servicing my wife's Mazda at Piazza of West Chester. Have brought it in for routine and emergency service appointments repeatedly since 2021 when we bought it, and every single time, Piazza has taken care of the car - fast service, getting us in even when we didn't have a scheduled appointment, keeping us informed, and getting warranty work done right. Will continue to bring our car to them for maintenance/repairs. Special S/O to Brett, he's our go-to.

Went for my inspection. Inspection was fine and smooth but the five stars comes from the technician who noted that my friend who met me in their parking lot so I could give her supplies while sick hadn't cleaned the snow off her car roof. He came out and cleaned it for her, and while small I very much appreciated the gesture!
Nick Price is the easiest person to work with when purchasing a Mazda! He is professional and extremely helpful in answering all your questions. He is also friendly and patient.
I arrived 15 minutes early because there was t any traffic 8:15. The service rep went over everything I needed done tire pressure, wind shield wipers, trouble with TCS full circle inspection and added PA state inspection and emissions. I sat comfortably in waiting room and my car was finished at 9:00 am. I also got to see the video of my car being worked on. That was awesome. Service here has always been great but it gets better whenever I come in. I can’t say enough about the service staff. My daughter told me one of her clients drives down from Lancaster to get his service done there because they are so efficient! Great job guys!!
